In July, we wrote Enjoy 0% escrow fees while we transform Redeeem into a better NFT marketplace, and today we are pleased to announce a new fee schedule with nearly 70% lower fees (compared to prior 3% levels).
This post will cover some of the key takeaways, including important information about your wallet addresses and fraud fees.
Our mission at Redeeem is to accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin and other digital assets to make money more equitable for everyone, and we believe lower fees will help make this goal a reality faster.

Redeeem uses CoinPayments and other API integrations to help users create free crypto wallets on the blockchain and make peer-to-peer trades with anyone around the world for a low 1% fee.
For security, wallet addresses generated with CoinPayments will be ephemeral, and only available for 24 hours. Please do not re-use these wallet addresses moving forward, or you will risk losing funds. Swap between bitcoin, litecoin, tether, ether and USDC for a low 1% fee.
We now charge a $5 network fee per withdraw, not including mining fees. We require know-your-customer (KYC) identity verification with Civic or Persona after $10,000 in trading volume. Fraud fee (refund fee) increased 10% to 15% as part of our continued effort to maintain quality on the platform.
