Shoutout to this Trustpilot review that gave us 4/5 stars for not having an Android app. The Google Play store is waiting my friend.
There are four web pages where you can go to download the Loom app, which acts as an insurance policy for all gift cards you buy on Redeeem. Over 99% of our gift cards are redeemed successfully, but for 1% of cases you will need a Loom video recording URL to request a refund.

Desktop App

Gift card buyers are required to start a screen recording with Loom software tool (Mac, Windows, iOS, Chrome or Android) before they request the gift card code or they will lose any trade dispute.
Android Instructions
Follow these instructions (below) to learn how to record your gift card attempts using your Android device. Please note, it's not possible to record in Cam Only mode, but this is in development, according to Loom.
Open your Loom app and select "record screen" at the bottom. You'll be prompted to grant permissions to record audio and video, display over other apps, screen cast, etc. You will need to grant all permissions.

Any Loom video that appears edited, paused, tampered with, excessively delayed, or is uploaded to YouTube or any domain other than Loom.com should be promptly reported to our dispute judges.
Apply to be a Judge and earn 1,000 satoshi ($0.56) for each consensus vote on a dispute case. Judges from all OFAC-approved countries are welcome to review cases to provide governance on our platform.
To qualify, verify your phone and email, confirm your identity (KYC), authorize RedeeemBot, and pass a short training session. All voting is handled in the Telegram bot for security and convenience.
Loom was founded in September 2016 and has raised $74 million from investors such as Coature, Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom, actor Jared Leto, Figma founder Dylan Field, and a handful of other angels.
