Starting this week, we will allow customers to complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using a new Secure Identity Platform (SIP) called Civic App which can verify your identity within minutes. This will be the fastest way to complete your KYC requirement, and a great way to protect your personal identity and private information.
Civic uses multi-factor authentication on web and mobile apps to avoid the need for usernames or passwords, and avoid the need to share any of your personal data directly with Redeeem. Instead, Civic sends Redeeem a token that we will be used to satisfy our KYC requirement.

We will still offer a manual KYC process for those who are unable to use the mobile app for any reason, but going forward Civic will be our recommended KYC option for new users on the platform. If you have any questions, our customer support team is available at 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.
Our KYC volume limits vary by country, and it depends on many factors and are listed in your profile. You do not need multiple mobile devices to use Civic, just one mobile device is required to approve authorization.
